We are working with a global company that are looking for an individual who has strong project management experience from a facility management perspective. You will lead cross functional teams and the monitor project portfolio.
Required experience:
8-10 years experience in project planning and execution
Extensive knowledge in the field of building technology
Basic construction knowledge as well as AHO, HOAI,VOB and BGB
A degree in engineering, building technology, facility management or a comparable qualification.
Other Requirements:
Must be able to work in Germany
Strong communication skills.
Strong presentation skills
Must have business fluent German and be fluent in English.
